Established on 25th March 1986 as a private enterprise called K C CHEMICAL PRODUCTS, the organization is still growing today under the management of its original founder, Mr Alex Ong Chong Hui. Trained as a qualified professional chemist, Alex started off the fledgling company as an applicator for Fabric Seal fabric & carpet protectors and distributor for the Vibra Vac range of carpet extraction machines. The company was incorporated as KLEEN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS Sdn Bhd (Kleen IP)in August 2005 with the same commitment to excellent service and products with attractive pricing. Over the years, the company has distributed world renowned products such as 3M (USA), KleenRiteSpecialty Carpet Care Chemicals (USA), Soteco Vacuum Cleaners (Ita), Columbus Floor Machines (Ger), Victor Floor Machines (UK), Cleanfix (Switzerland), Karcher Cleaning Machines (Ger), Nilfisk-Alto Cleaning Machines (Den) among others.

Kleen-Jet Hot Water Carpet Extraction Machines was introduced in 1989 as an in-house brand and today, has become the machine with the highest number of units sold in Malaysia among all brands. It was therefore the natural step for Alex to utilize his knowledge in chemistry to next develop a range of carpet care chemicals to use in conjunction with Kleen-Jet machines and thus KleenChem Commercial & Industrial Cleaning Chemicals was introduced. Today we manufacture more than 40 products including floor polishes & sealers, general purpose cleaners & degreasers, disinfectants & deodorizers, acid descalers, low & high foam carpet shampoos and other specialty chemicals.

KleenMaster range of floor machines, vacuum cleaners & blower dryers was introduced as another in-house brand to complement the vision of the company to be a complete provider of cleaning solutions to its customers.
